Unusual Things To Do In London This Week | 16-22 November 2015
Unusual things to do in London this week including a 3D sex movie, a new band called RAVIOLI ME AWAY & much more!
Monday 16 – Sunday 22nd November 2015
We saw this talented bunch at The Yard Theatre earlier this year and what a show it is. Absurd comedy, impossible choreography all by performers oozing with personality.
Pure joy, this show is the first we’ve seen to make us laugh & cry around the subject of mental health.
What it feels like to be a ‘migrant’ is explored by hot young theatre talent Xavier De Souza in this First Bite.
It’s hard to believe that the 20 year old venue in Islington (ish) has never hosted a scratch. But here it is new work including a ‘Dolly Parton Experiment’ & this divine sordid oddity: ‘Drown Town; an interactive leisure experience where for the price of a ticket you can frolic in the footsteps of your favourite local suicide victim.’.
There are no words for the wonderful weirdness created by musikal genii Ravioli Me Away. Watch the video above to see what we mean.
DIY aint dead. Following their epic LIDL party, see why at Styx is where the people are with this showing of cult classic Repo Man.
‘At one point American film student Murphy declares “I want to make movies of blood, cum, and tears.” Noé’s fearless and provocative (and semi-autobiographical) film is such a movie.’
Please note that LOVE contains scenes of explicit and unsimulated sex.
