We caught this last August when the Roundabout was at Summerhall for the Edinburgh Fringe. The Initiate is a timely exploration of “altruism, greed and the search for belonging”, as a Somali taxi driver living in East London decides to try to save a British couple seized by Somali pirates.

Clout Theatre explore “the evolution of mankind’s relationship with food through the triptych of the daily routine: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.”

Expect a “visual feast”,  showcasing vastly different performance styles, from primal movement to clowning and multimedia.
