Holestar’s TAKE ME ON parody of TAKE ME OUT!

Take Me On | Thursday 16th and Friday 17th August| Doors at 9.30, show at 10 prompt | Royal Vauxhall Tavern | £7  Tickets available from Ticketweb

Part cabaret, part game show, Holestar’s TAKE ME ON is a parody of the hit TV show ‘Take Me Out’, matching gay men of all persuasions, looking for love, not just SEX. We can’t wait as we’ve missed Cilla and Our Graham from Blind Date!

Hosted by entertainer & popstar Holestar (Lets Get Quizzical and POP!). A former British solider with a Fine Arts MA from Central St Martins, Holestar, a queer biological woman, has entertained in her ‘Tranny with a Fanny’ (Drag Goddess) guise since 2003.

Gay men have always had outlets for casual sex via cottages, cruising areas, saunas, Grindr and supermarkets. Frivolous bonking is all good and well (use a condom please) but TAKE ME ON invites you to come out again, admit you’d quite like somebody to love, and there is nothing wrong with that honey.

Holestar can’t guarantee you’ll find your ideal man, but we’ll certainly have fun trying.
