‘Shakespeare in Love’ on stage premieres in London in 2014
The quirky romcom ‘Shakespeare in Love‘ is coming to the West End thanks to the creative talents of Cheek by Jowl’s Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod.
The play is being adapted by Billy Elliot’s Lee Hall from Marc Norman and Tom Stoppard’s inspired screenplay and the production will have a cast of over 26 actors and musicians.
It’s so nice to see this creative team coming together to bring a big-scale production which delves into the inspiration for the greatest love story of all time, Romeo and Juliet.
