Gandini Juggling are at the vanguard of contemporary circus – reinventing and reinvigorating juggling and celebrating this incredible art form in all its guises, this is clowning around like you’ve never seen before.
Cløwns & Queens (part of the Roundhouse CircusFest) is the newest addition to the Gandini’s repertoire, fitting somewhere between circus and performance art. Juggling disrobed and unthroned, this is about the juggler’s body and the juggler’s perversity, with echoes of Stanley Kubrick and Frederico Fellini.
