We love the Greenwich + Docklands International Festival as it’s free and fantastically epic. This year the programming team have outdone themselves with the amazing ‘Prometheus Awakes’ by the incredible Graeae and La Fura Dels Baus which will take place on Friday 22 June 2012 at 10pm. Sailor Jerry Rock ‘n’ Roll Film club, gigs for £3 (details below and at the time of writing some tickets were still available), and yummy rum all in seedy Soho – what more could we want?!
So by the time we got to Saturday, we’d already bopped to Blancmange, been scared silly by the Wall of Death, witnessed a stage invasion, and burnt our fingers on some hot German sausage… and we’d only just begun.
To Do List swapped the city for the magical Isle of Wight last weekend, for four days of Bestiival japery…
The Guardian, The Independent, Q Magazine, NME… To Do List is truly worthy of standing in a field next to any of them. And so we proved at the The Apple Cart Festival, a new music/comedy/cabaret/magic (?) celebration which took over leafy Victoria Park for one day only.
We love vintage. We love harmony. We love (contrary to rumours) girls. So, we HEART The Harmonettes.
